New to Pilates? Start here.

Every Naya class is small enough that your instructor sees every rep, so starting on the equipment is easier than it looks.

Begin with Naya Essential or Cadillac Essentials, or book a private session if you'd prefer one-on-one guidance. Each option helps you feel comfortable with the equipment and build confidence in your practice.

Questions

Which class should I take first?
Naya Essential introduces the reformer, half tower, chair, and props. Cadillac Essentials is a slower introduction to the Cadillac. Both focus on form, alignment, and control.
Do I need to be flexible or fit already?
No. Beginner classes are slower and more guided, and small groups mean your instructor can adjust each exercise for you.
